Free starts at 1.99% + 1.15 SEK for venue orders and paid event tickets. Starter steps down to 1.39% + 1.15 SEK, Standard to 1% + 1.15 SEK, and Pro to 0.79% + 1 SEK.
Free always has a hard 3-team limit. On paid plans, if one quiz night goes over your plan limit, Tapino can open that night as a one-time exception. The next quiz week uses the hard plan limit again, so the venue needs to upgrade if the higher capacity is still needed.
They are venue-triggered messages for people using Tapino, such as quiz reminders, general venue updates, event prompts, and promotions. Standard adds one general custom notification, while Pro expands into own event promotions and custom campaign reach.
